New smiles of Decatur is my favorite new dentist Office!! My husband and I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time so we decided to schedule back-to-back appointments with our newborn baby to make it easier. They were all so accommodating from the Front Desk staff to the techs, To the doctor herself. Everyone was very helpful very kind extremely informative and patient. Their assessments were thorough and they gave me really good advice on how to fix the issues I have, along with payment plans for the rest of my treatment plan. This office felt more like a family than a doctors office and we really appreciate it! They were so excited for me and my newborn baby and asked so many questions about him and gave me some great Advice as a new first time, mother! Thank you New Smiles! We will be back!!

I love coming here I usually got to the Decatur location and just recently found out about Lithonia! The environment is very nice/relaxing & the staff is very friendly! They answered any questions I had to the best of their ability! I’m so excited that they’re apart of my dental journey!

From scheduling over the phone, to receiving a clear quote for services, to easily booking my follow-up appointment—everything was handled with care and efficiency. The team was upfront about costs and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment needs and recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure my treatment plan was the safest option, especially considering my health history. As a minority and woman-owned business owner myself, I always have high hopes when supporting other minority-owned businesses. New Smiles Dental did not disappoint—if anything, they exceeded my expectations. I feel confident that I have found my new dental home.

I had a great experience here. I normally do not like to visit the dentist but the people at this office are very personable and made me feel at home. The staff were very professional and friendly. Sandra, the tech, is very good at her job. I went in for a cleaning and she was very thorough. The process was painless and I would recommend her services to anyone that has not received the Good treatment in the past. I left the office with a brighter smile, that’s for sure! Thank you to all of the staff for making my experience painless and enjoyable!

She clearly explained the costs upfront and made sure I had all the information I needed about my next appointment. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. This was my first time coming to new smiles my experience was amazing. I was in and out and I felt like the treatment I was given was so professional and they were very informative. Starting from the entrance door the front desk staff were very helpful and fast paced all the wait to me waiting which wasn’t long after I completed my paper work to me seeing the dental assistant who was informative just like the main dentist. I look forward to coming back and all my future appointments. VERY SANITARY, VERY SAFE & also it’s so small but even with my prescriptions everything is so confidential and you can be open and not feel like an outside when coming to NEW SMILES LITHONIA ❤️

I had a wonderful dental appointment. The staff is kind and curteous. And my Hygienist Mrs Sandra is amazing! As a Diabetic, I need a thorough professional cleaning and Mrs Sandra delivers every time!

It’s been a long time since I patronized a dentist’s office that feels like family very professional, but very down to earth at the same time. It’s an intimate setting where the staff really acknowledge your needs and work with you. I made my first appointment and would definitely be back!

Dr. Givan was so patient with me. I have serious dental anxiety. I felt no pain. So grateful.
